Igre in igrače za vašega kužka

Just like children, puppies need safe toys to play on their own. One of the basic rules to teach your puppy is to distinguish between his toys and your things. Do not allow him to play with your children’s shoes or toys: the formed habits will not be easy to break. What toys can you give a puppy?

Pay attention to these recommendations when choosing toys for your puppy:

  • Toys should be strong and large enough so that the puppy cannot swallow them. Throw away broken toys.
  • Stock up on plenty of toys and hide them between games.
  • Change toys every day so that the puppy does not get bored.
  • Chewing helps four-legged babies not only explore new objects, but also get rid of milk teeth. Be sure to purchase special chew toys for dogs – this way you will also save your own furniture, shoes and remotes from home appliances from your pet’s teeth.
  • Throwing a tennis ball is a great exercise for you and your protégé.
  • Avoid tug-of-war and other games in which the dog fights with a person or catches up with children or adults. Such games are not suitable for puppies and provoke aggressive behavior in them.

In addition to toys, provide your puppy with opportunities to play with other dogs of similar age to develop his social behavior skills.
